Join in a guided and intentional autumn-centric walk to start the new season. This guided Fall Forest Therapy walk is being hosted in the beautiful Kettle moraine forest of Eagle, Wisconsin at “Whispering Kettles”, a private Homestead. Join us for a gentle morning on Mount Jumbo. We’ll meet at the trailhead and slowly make our way up with a few guided invitations to help us connect with nature through our senses. Feeling stressed? Unplug and start your weekend wellness journey off with a guided forest bathing walk through White River Park. This one and a half hour guided forest bathing walk ends with a tea ceremony and a $20 spa credit to use at Grand Geneva Resort. Registration is through the Grand Geneva Resort website.
