Offerings

  • Guided Forest Therapy Walks

We offer ANFT-certified guided forest therapy walks in a variety of locations, year-round. Sessions are available for individuals (one-on-one) as well as groups, and can be thoughtfully tailored to your unique intentions, place, and needs.

Both in-person and virtual experiences (in partnership with in-person nature) are available. Walks are crafted for all ages and abilities, typically lasting anywhere from 1.5 to 3 hours long, and concluding with a shared tea ceremony.

During your experience, you’ll be guided through a series of invitations designed to help you slow down, awaken your senses, and deepen your connection with the natural world. From the trail to the tea, each walk is intentionally designed to reflect the season and hopes of you or your group.

  • Custom Programs

    - And more
